During my time as Artist Relations Coordinator at Pallure, I was responsible for maintaining communications with the brand's social audience consisting of hairstylists, salon professionals, influencers, and consumers. I scouted and reached out to influencers, offering gifted products in exchange for content that the brand would repost, which provided a mutually beneficial opportunity for both parties. The brand emphasized authentic and organic growth on their social channels, therefore an important part of my position was to develop personable yet professional relationships with hair artists and content creators.
Pallure's PRO Educator program was launched in August 2022;
I was responsible for curating my own roster of artists to onboard onto the program for its' second quarter in October 2022.
My final roster of 6 PRO Educators consisted of:
Laura | @lift_lob_love
Anthony | @am_hairstylist
Juls | @tangled.in.juls
Lisa | @artistryoflisag
Steph | @vividsandbalayage
Savannah | @thehairdaddyy
Every Thursday, the marketing team would present notable highlights from the content received from hair artists on our roster throughout the week. Some of my slides are shown below.
